Shipping and how to order

Order your NHS snapback through the website, Zalo or our Facebook page. We deliver within Vietnam and call to confirm the cap, size and address before shipping. Shipping is 20,000 VND, free when you buy 2 caps or more, and you can inspect your order before you pay.

How to order

1. Pick a cap on the NHS snapback caps page, or message us for real photos.
2. Tap Order your cap and fill in your full name, phone number and delivery address. You can also call or message us on Zalo at 0961 644 386.
3. We call from 0961 644 386 to confirm the cap, quantity, total and address.
4. We pack your cap in a gift box and ship it to your address.

Shipping fees

Buy 2 caps and you also get 2 free accessories: 1 cap shaper ball to keep the cap in shape (worth 60,000 VND) and 1 head measuring tape (worth 50,000 VND).

Delivery time

Estimated around 1–2 days in Hanoi and around 3–4 days to other provinces. If you need a specific delivery time or date, just let us know and we'll arrange it when we call to confirm your order.

Packaging and inspection

• Your cap goes in a premium gift box, wrapped in bubble wrap to protect against knocks and keep the cap and box from getting crushed.
• You can inspect your order on delivery and only pay once you're happy with it.
• If you're not happy after checking, we charge you nothing.

Measure your head before you order

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head, about 1cm above your eyebrows and the tops of your ears. Compare it with each cap's size: X3 and suede are 57–58cm unadjusted, SW003 is 56–57cm unadjusted; every cap adjusts with snap buttons at the back. If the cap you receive doesn't fit or has a problem, contact us right away at 0961 644 386 or on Zalo so we can check it and tell you exactly what to do.
