Data deletion request

Updated: 23/10/2026. This page explains how to ask NHS Brand – Nguyễn Hưng Shop to delete your personal data, including data you sent through our website, Facebook page (Messenger), Zalo and the website chat.

Data that can be deleted

The full name, phone number and delivery address you sent us.
Your messages with us on Messenger, Zalo and the website chat.
Order notes and customer care history.

Invoice and order information for orders already placed may be kept longer as required by accounting and tax law; this part will be anonymized once the mandatory period ends.

How to send a request

Call or message us on Zalo at 0961 644 386, or message our Facebook page Mũ Snapback NHS, saying: “Data deletion request”.
Tell us the phone number or Facebook/Zalo account name you used to contact us, so we can find the right data.
We confirm we've received your request, delete the data within 30 days, and then let you know.

If you chatted with our automated assistant on Messenger and want your data deleted, you can remove its access under Facebook Settings › Apps and Websites, then send a deletion request as described above.
